About me:
Hi, I’m Kate, a former critical care nurse, nutrition coach, and mom with a passion for preventative health and wellness. After years of caring for critically ill patients, I felt called to shift my focus toward helping people build strong, healthy foundations before problems arise.
Throughout my nursing career, I primarily worked with cardiac and neurology patients, and I concluded my inpatient work as a Clinical Nurse Educator, supporting both patients and fellow nurses through education and evidence-based care. Helping people understand their health, and feel empowered by it, has always been at the core of what I do.
As a former college athlete, I understand the importance of proper fueling, recovery, and sustainable habits that support both performance and long-term health. As a mom, I also know how challenging it can be to balance wellness with the demands of real life.
Today, I work with busy adults, former athletes, and individuals seeking a proactive, realistic approach to wellness through nutrition coaching, nurse consulting, or a thoughtful combination of both. My approach is supportive, practical, and rooted in both clinical experience and everyday life.
I offer free consultations so we can explore your goals and see if we’re a good fit. Helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their health isn’t just my work; it’s my passion.
